Gang Capacity — what can we handle

CSO Sohar · planning enters the gangs needed → availability decides what's possible
no roster loaded — using manual / demo

Gangs requested — by vessel

Set which gang each vessel needs and how many. This is the demand management wants.

What we can handle

Add vessels and availability to see capacity.

Bottleneck — need vs available

Type available per function (HRMS day-list — auto-filled later). Red = short; the longest red bar is your binding constraint.

Total day overview — all three shifts

Each shift is planned separately above (tap a period). This is the whole day at a glance — Morning = chosen team + General (G) + day half of the 12h pool/3rd-party · Afternoon = chosen team + day pool · Night = chosen team + night pool. Tap a card to jump to that shift.

Gang compositions — incl. terminal work (add your own)

Built-in gangs come from PDS. Add your own for terminal work (cleaning, tarpaulins, re-bundling…) — they show up in the planner and count against availability. Custom ones are saved on this device.
